Información sobre este vino:

Alice «La Colombera» is a dry white wine that embodies the essence of the Piedmont region in Italy. This elixir is made using a carefully selected blend of Cortese and Moscato grapes, grown in vineyards over 40 years old, located 220 meters above sea level on alluvial, marly, and calcareous soils. The La Colombera winery, known for its artisanal approach, produces approximately 80,000 bottles per year, and its labels adorn the menus of numerous Michelin-starred restaurants.

The winemaking of this wine is meticulous: after a cryomaceration and a gentle pressing, fermentation is carried out with selected yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks. Afterwards, the wine matures on its noble lees with constant bâtonnages for six months, without carrying out malolactic fermentation, which preserves its freshness and complexity.

In the glass, Alice «La Colombera» shows a bright straw-yellow color, a reflection of its youth and vitality. On the nose, it unfolds an aromatic bouquet that combines fruity and floral notes, evoking the freshness of ripe fruit and the delicacy of wildflowers. On the palate, it is harmonious and well balanced, with a refreshing acidity that provides structure and a pleasant, lingering finish that invites you to keep enjoying it.

This wine is ideal for pairing with aperitifs, fresh cheeses, and fish dishes, enhancing the dining experience with its elegance and distinctive character. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 6–7°C to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. With an alcohol content of 13% vol., Alice «La Colombera» offers an excellent value for money, making it a superb choice for enjoying meals with friends and family.
