Información sobre este vino:

Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro Vigneto Cialdini «Cleto Cialdini» is a sparkling red wine from the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, produced by the prestigious winery Cleto Chiarli. This wine is characterized by its intensity and elegance, reflecting the essence of the Castelvetro di Modena territory.

Made with 100% Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes, the winemaking process includes a traditional 36-hour maceration at temperatures of 10°-12°C, followed by a slow fermentation in an autoclave according to the Charmat method. This process gives the wine a delicate yet persistent effervescence.

In the glass, it shows a deep ruby red color with a fine, evanescent foam. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of ripe red fruits, such as blackberries and raspberries, accompanied by subtle mineral and spicy notes that add complexity and depth.

On the palate, it is dry and well-balanced, with refreshing acidity that enhances its structure and a creamy texture that invites you to keep tasting. The finish is long and persistent, leaving a pleasant fruity and slightly bitter sensation that encourages you to take another sip.

This wine is ideal for pairing with traditional Emilian cuisine dishes, such as dry pastas, cured meats, and red meats. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 10-12°C to fully appreciate its organoleptic characteristics.

With an alcohol content of 11%, Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro Vigneto Cialdini «Cleto Cialdini» has received accolades such as 92 points in Falstaff and gold medals at the Merano Wine Festival, establishing itself as an outstanding choice for lovers of Italian sparkling wine.
