Información sobre este vino:
Langhe Nebbiolo is a red wine from the winery Ferdinando Principiano, a true oenological gem that embodies the essence of the Langhe region in Piedmont, Italy. This wine is made from grapes of the Nebbiolo variety, carefully selected from vineyards ranging from 10 to 40 years old, located in the prestigious areas of Montagliato, Le Coste and Boscareto in Monforte d’Alba. Vinification takes place with spontaneous fermentation in stainless-steel tanks, followed by 10 months of aging in the same tanks, allowing the wine to express its authentic, natural character.
In the glass, Langhe Nebbiolo shows a subtle ruby-red color, reflecting its youth and vitality. On the nose, it offers a medium intensity with aromas of fresh red fruits, such as black cherry and raspberry, accompanied by delicate floral and spicy notes that add depth and complexity. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with a fleshy structure and well-integrated tannins that deliver a velvety feel. Its fresh acidity and persistent finish make it an easy-drinking wine that is also very enjoyable.
This wine is ideal to pair with main dishes of white meat or noble birds, and it can also be enjoyed as a companion to semi-cured cheeses. It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol., Langhe Nebbiolo offers an excellent value for money, making it a great choice for enjoying meals with friends and family.
