Información sobre este vino:

Pinot Nero «Elena Walch» is a red wine that embodies the essence of the Alto Adige DOC Denominazione di Origine, a world-renowned wine region. This wine is made from the Pinot Nero grape variety, hand-selected to ensure superior quality. After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and partially crushed, with a high proportion of whole berries, and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine partially matures in large 22-hectoliter oak barrels and in stainless-steel tanks, giving it exceptional complexity and elegance.

In the glass, Pinot Nero «Elena Walch» shows a bright ruby-red color, reflecting its youth and vitality. On the nose, it offers a medium intensity with aromas of fresh red fruits, such as raspberries, cherries, and blueberries, accompanied by subtle spicy notes and a hint of vanilla and chocolate that add depth and complexity. On the palate, it is well balanced and harmonious, with a juicy structure and soft, velvety tannins that provide a silky sensation. Its fresh acidity and persistent finish make it an easy-to-drink and very enjoyable wine.

This wine is ideal for pairing with first courses and light main dishes. It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. With an alcohol content of 13% vol., Pinot Nero «Elena Walch» offers an excellent value for money, making it a great choice to enjoy with friends and family at meals.
