Información sobre este vino:
Sottoriva Col Fondo «Malibran» is a sparkling wine from the Malibràn winery, a family-run business that has been cultivating the vine in the Veneto region of Italy for three generations. This wine is made using the traditional bottle fermentation method known as «col fondo», which involves a second fermentation in the bottle without removing the lees, giving it natural haze and a distinctive aromatic complexity. The winery is dedicated to producing natural sparkling wines, with no added sulphites, seeking an authentic expression of the Glera grape variety, the main one used in the production of Prosecco. The «Sottoriva» is a frizzante wine that reflects the winery’s craftsmanship and its commitment to the region’s winemaking tradition. This wine is characterized by its freshness and liveliness, offering a sensory experience that takes you to the heart of the vineyards of Veneto.
