Harvest is carried out manually, ensuring the selection of the best grapes for vinification.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C for 8-10 days, a process that preserves the intensity and depth of fruity aromas. Afterwards, the wine is bottled without aging in barrel, maintaining its freshness and liveliness. The result is a wine with an intense ruby red color with violet reflections, inviting you to enjoy it in its youth.
On the nose, Spezieri «Col d’Orcia» offers a medium intensity with aromas of fresh red fruits, such as cherries and ripe plums, accompanied by subtle spiced notes that add complexity and depth.
