Información sobre este vino:
Le Oche is a medium-bodied, fresh and expressive white wine, produced by the winery Fattoria San Lorenzo in the Marche region of Italy. This wine is made from Verdicchio grapes, carefully selected to ensure superior quality. After the harvest, the grapes ferment in stainless-steel tanks with a 20-day maceration, using exclusively indigenous yeasts, which lends the wine a unique authenticity and depth. Subsequently, the wine matures for 12 months in cement tanks on its lees, followed by additional ageing in bottle before being released to the market. This handcrafted winemaking method highlights the purity and character of the terroir, offering a wine that reflects the essence of the Marche region.
In the glass, Le Oche displays a bright straw-yellow color, with greenish or golden highlights that denote its youth and vitality. On the nose, it offers a remarkable aromatic complexity, with notes of acacia, pear, apple, almond and a subtle touch of saffron, inviting an immersive sensory experience. On the palate, it is fresh and tasty, with a medium structure that perfectly balances smoothness and acidity, providing a sensation of harmony and persistence. The finish is long and slightly bitter, characteristic of Verdicchio, leaving a lasting and pleasurable impression.
This wine is ideal for pairing with a variety of dishes from Mediterranean cuisine, such as seafood antipasti, risottos and baked or fried fish. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 8-10°C to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. With an alcohol content of 14% vol., Le Oche offers excellent value for money, making it a standout choice for enjoying meals with friends and family.
