Información sobre este vino:
Amarone della Valpolicella Campolongo di Torbe «Masi» is a red wine from the prestigious winery Masi, recognized for its elegance and depth. This wine is made with a careful selection of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, sourced from the homonymous vineyard, famous since the 12th century for its microclimatic conditions and basaltic and tuffaceous soils. The grapes are harvested by hand and left to dry for approximately 120 days, a process known as «appassimento», which concentrates the flavors and aromas. The wine is then slowly vinified and aged for over three years in oak barrels, followed by a long rest in bottle. The result is a wine of unquestionable class, with notes of tart cherry, dried figs, cocoa, and oriental spices—extraordinarily velvety and deep. The handwritten label highlights the precious and unique character of this Amarone, endowed with an incredible ability to age. It is ideal for pairing with game, braised meats, and aged cheeses.
