Información sobre este vino:

Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d’Alba is a red crianza wine from the winery Ferdinando Principiano, a winemaking gem that embodies the essence of the Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita Barolo, in the Piedmont region of Italy. This wine is made with the Nebbiolo grape variety, carefully selected to ensure superior quality. After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and partially crushed, with a high proportion of whole berries, and fermented at controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks. Afterwards, the wine matures for 24 months in large Slavonian oak barrels, giving it exceptional complexity and elegance.

In the glass, Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d’Alba shows a garnet red color with orange reflections, reflecting its youth and vitality. On the nose, it offers medium intensity with aromas of ripe red fruits, such as black cherries and raspberries, accompanied by floral notes of rose, spices like licorice and clove, and subtle touches of leather that add depth and complexity. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with a fleshy structure and well-integrated tannins that provide a velvety sensation. Its fresh acidity and persistent finish make it an easy-to-drink wine that is truly enjoyable.

This wine is ideal to pair with red meats, aged cheeses, and game dishes. It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. With an alcohol content of 13% vol., Barolo del Comune di Serralunga d’Alba offers an excellent value for money, making it a superb choice to enjoy with friends and family at meals.
