Información sobre este vino:

Brunello di Montalcino «Col d’Orcia» is a red wine from the prestigious Col d’Orcia winery, located in the Montalcino region, Tuscany, Italy. This wine is made exclusively from Sangiovese grapes, manually selected to ensure its superior quality. After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and partially crushed, with a high proportion of whole berries, and fermented at controlled temperature in 30,000-liter stainless-steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine matures for 12 months in barrels made of French and American oak, giving it exceptional complexity and elegance.

In the glass, Brunello di Montalcino «Col d’Orcia» shows a cherry-red color with violet edges and a medium layer, reflecting its youth and vitality. On the nose, it offers a medium intensity with aromas of fresh red fruits, accompanied by subtle spicy and toasted notes that add depth and complexity. On the palate, it is well-balanced and harmonious, with a fleshy structure and well-integrated tannins that provide a velvety feel. Its fresh acidity and persistent finish make it an easy-to-drink and very enjoyable wine.

This wine is ideal to pair with cured meats, nuts, salads, pasta, and white meats. It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol., Brunello di Montalcino «Col d’Orcia» offers a magnificent quality-to-price ratio, making it an excellent choice for enjoying meals with friends and family.
