Información sobre este vino:
Chiaretto di Bardolino is a rosé wine from the winery Poggio delle Grazie, a young and dynamic estate located in the heart of the Bardolino wine region, on the Verona shore of Lake Garda. Founded in 2014 by brothers Stefano and Massimo Brutti, the winery spans 15 hectares of vineyards that benefit from the moderating influence of the lake, creating an ideal microclimate for growing high-quality grapes. The winery prides itself on its commitment to sustainability, having obtained organic certification that reflects its dedication to the environment and to producing wines that authentically express the local terroir.
The Chiaretto di Bardolino is a dry rosé made from a blend of Corvina grapes (80%) and Rondinella (20%). These indigenous varieties from the region add complexity and elegance that set the wine apart. After a brief maceration with the skins, the must is fermented at controlled temperatures to preserve the freshness and primary aromas of the grapes. The result is a wine that reflects the essence of Bardolino, with a light yet decisive expression that captivates the senses.
In the glass, the Chiaretto di Bardolino shows a pale pink color with purplish reflections, evoking the delicacy of a flower freshly opened. On the nose, it offers medium intensity with aromas of small red fruits such as raspberries and currants, complemented by subtle notes of wild herbs and a hint of grapefruit that brings freshness and complexity. On the palate, it is well-balanced and harmonious, with a light structure and refreshing acidity that enhances its fruity and mineral character. The finish is persistent, leaving a sense of cleanliness and elegance that invites you to keep tasting.
This wine is ideal for pairing with fish and seafood dishes, white meats, fried foods, and pizzas, thanks to its versatility and ability to complement a wide range of flavors. It is recommended to serve it between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius to fully enjoy its organoleptic qualities. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., the Chiaretto di Bardolino offers an excellent value for money, making it a great choice for enjoying meals with friends and family.
