Información sobre este vino:
Custoza «Poggio delle Grazie» is a dry white wine that embodies the essence of the wine region of Veneto, Italy. This elixir is made from a cuvée of native grapes: Garganega, Trebbiano, and Friulano, grown in the fertile clay-limestone soils bordering Lake Garda. The harvest is carried out by hand, selecting the best grapes to ensure exceptional quality. After harvest, the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 16°C in stainless-steel tanks, thus preserving the wine’s freshness and the grapes’ primary aromas. Afterwards, the wine rests on its lees for three months, giving it a remarkable complexity and creaminess. Finally, it is bottled and aged for an additional two months, refining its characteristics and balancing its organoleptic profile.
In the glass, Custoza «Poggio delle Grazie» shows a brilliant straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, evoking the brightness of sunlit vineyards. On the nose, it unfolds a symphony of delicate aromas, where notes of white flowers, aromatic herbs such as mint and nettle, and subtle citrus hints intertwine, bringing freshness and liveliness. On the palate, it is dry and well-balanced, with vibrant acidity that enhances its mineral and saline character, reflected in the soils it originates from. Its finish is clean and persistent, inviting you to pour another glass and explore its nuances.
This wine is ideal for pairing with a wide variety of dishes, from fish-based antipasti and white meats to pastas, as well as grilled vegetables. It is recommended to serve it between 10 and 12°C to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. With an alcohol content of 12% vol., Custoza «Poggio delle Grazie» offers a sensory experience that takes you to the heart of Veneto, inviting you to discover the richness and diversity of its terroirs.
