Información sobre este vino:
Gewürztraminer Trentino DOC is a white wine from the Fondazione Edmund Mach winery, a prestigious institution in Trentino viticulture. This wine is made with selected grapes from different clones of Traminer Aromatico, grown in the Sega and Mazzavacche vineyards, located on hillsides at 250 meters above sea level, in calcareous-dolomitic soils. Vinification is carried out as a white wine, with cold maceration of the must and controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks. After that, the wine remains for a long period on its lees before bottling, enriching its flavor and structure. With an alcohol content of 14% vol., it is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 10–12°C. This wine is ideal as an aperitivo and to pair with flavorful dishes, such as spiced risottos or aged cheeses. Its price in supermarkets is around €12.50 per 75 cl bottle. In restaurants, the price may vary between €25 and €35 per bottle, depending on the establishment.
