Información sobre este vino:

Gewürztraminer «Terlan» is a white wine from the Kellerei Terlan winery, a true vinicultural gem from the Alto Adige region in Italy. This wine is made with 100% Gewürztraminer grapes, a variety that, like an intoxicating perfume, offers a unique sensory experience. After manual harvesting and a meticulous selection of the grapes, a delicate pressing follows, along with a slow fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, the wine matures on its fine lees for 6-7 months, giving it exceptional complexity and elegance.

In the glass, Gewürztraminer «Terlan» shows a bright, saturated straw-yellow color, reflecting its purity and freshness. On the nose, it presents a captivating aromatic intensity, where notes of lychee and mango intertwine, evoking a tropical garden in full bloom. Delicate touches of honeysuckle and clove add depth and sophistication to the bouquet. Notes of rose petals, characteristic of this variety, complete this olfactory symphony.

On the palate, this dry white wine reveals an unmistakable aromatic structure, with a fresh, fruity flavor and a lively acidity that awakens the senses. Mineral notes provide a genuine sense of terroir, leaving a rounded, persistent finish that invites you to keep tasting. With an alcohol content of 14.0% vol., Gewürztraminer «Terlan» comes across as a medium-bodied, well-balanced and harmonious wine.

This wine is ideal for pairing with spicy dishes or sweet-and-sour creations with Asian inspiration, such as gnocchis or pumpkin cream, prosciutto cotto with horseradish sauce, stir-fried vegetables in a wok with chicken breast or shrimp, or a classic cotoletta alla milanese with potato salad. It is recommended to serve it between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. With an outstanding value for money, Gewürztraminer «Terlan» is an excellent choice for enjoying meals with friends and family.
