Información sobre este vino:

Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC is a white wine from Fondazione Edmund Mach, a prestigious institution in Italy’s agricultural and enology field. This wine is made with 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, grown in the Trentino region, known for its ideal climate and terroir for this variety. After the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and the must ferments at a controlled temperature, preserving its characteristic aromas and flavors. The wine remains in contact with its own yeasts through periodic batonnage up to bottling, which gives it notable complexity and structure.

In the glass, Pinot Grigio Trentino DOC shows a straw-yellow color with greenish highlights, evoking the freshness of the Trentino vineyards. On the nose, it offers aromatic complexity reminiscent of white-fleshed fruits, such as pear, combined with subtle mineral notes that add depth and elegance. On the palate, it is harmonious and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity that enhances its freshness and persistence. This wine is ideal as an aperitivo and pairs perfectly with pasta dishes with light sauces, grilled fish and shellfish, salads, and a variety of appetizers.

Fondazione Edmund Mach winery, located in San Michele all’Adige, Trentino, is recognized for its commitment to research and innovation in the wine-growing sector. Founded in 1874, this institution has been a pioneer in training and developing advanced agricultural techniques, establishing itself as a benchmark for producing high-quality wines in Italy.
