Información sobre este vino:

Pinot Grigio Ramato is a dry white wine from the Antonutti winery, a true gem from the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region in Italy. This wine is made from Pinot Grigio grapes, grown in alluvial and stony-soil vineyards, which give the finished product exceptional complexity and elegance.

Vinification begins with harvesting at the optimal ripeness of the grapes, which are then destemmed and subjected to cryomaceration at temperatures of 6-8°C for approximately 12 hours. This cold process enriches the must with a bright copper color, characteristic of the Ramato style. Next, a gentle fermentation is carried out in stainless-steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16°C, followed by aging in stainless steel with frequent bâtonnages over six months, lending the wine a silky texture and notable aromatic complexity.

In the glass, the Pinot Grigio Ramato shows a luminous yellow with coppery reflections, inviting contemplation. On the nose, it unfolds an intense symphony of aromas evoking fresh hay, ripe plum, chamomile, and white peach, transporting the taster to the sunny fields of Friuli. On the palate, it stands out for its balance, delicacy, and complexity, offering a sensory experience that captivates and lingers.

This wine is the ideal companion for pairing with seafood risottos and, in general, with seafood cuisine, enhancing the flavors of the sea with its freshness and elegance. It also pairs perfectly with white meats, bringing sublime harmony to the palate. It is recommended to serve it between 10 and 12°C in a medium-bodied white wine glass to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. With an alcohol content of 13% vol. and acidity of 6.50 g/L, Pinot Grigio Ramato offers a winemaking experience that lasts over time, with an aging potential of 3 to 4 years when stored under optimal conditions.
