Información sobre este vino:
Pinot Grigio «Terlan» is a white wine from the prestigious Terlan winery, located in the Trentino-Alto Adige region of Italy. This wine is made from Pinot Grigio grapes selected from vineyards situated at altitudes ranging from 250 to 900 meters above sea level, which gives the wine exceptional complexity and elegance.
After harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and slowly fermented at controlled temperature in stainless-steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine is aged for 5 to 7 months on its fine lees in steel barrels, giving it a silky texture and depth of flavor.
In the glass, Pinot Grigio «Terlan» shows a bright straw-yellow color. On the nose, it offers an invigorating, multifaceted bouquet, with notes that evoke Williams pear, lychee, and white melon, accompanied by floral aromas reminiscent of a freshly mowed meadow. On the palate, it is characterized by refined balance, with components ranging from hints of black tea to subtle touches of melon and ripe grapefruit, resulting in a full-bodied wine that is also, at the same time, smooth.
This wine is ideal for pairing with dishes such as tuna carpaccio, smoked salmon, or raw shrimp. It also perfectly complements steamed trout served over a bed of mixed vegetables or with unaged goat cheeses. It is recommended to serve it between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities.
With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol., Pinot Grigio «Terlan» offers an excellent value for money, making it a great choice for enjoying meals with friends and family.
