Información sobre este vino:
Ribolla Gialla «Antonutti» is a dry white wine that embodies the essence of Friuli-Venezia Giulia, a well-regarded wine region in Italy. This wine is made with 100% Ribolla Gialla grapes, grown on alluvial soils with deposits of red clay of morainic origin in the Central Friuli plain. The vineyards, trained on the double capovolto system, have a density of 4,500 vines per hectare, limiting production to just over 3 kg of grapes per plant to ensure the superior quality of the harvest.
Vinification begins with a gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by controlled fermentation in stainless-steel tanks at around 16°C. Afterwards, the wine matures in steel with frequent bâtonnages for about six months, giving it exceptional complexity and elegance. The process culminates in bottle aging, allowing the wine to reach its fullest expression.
In the glass, Ribolla Gialla «Antonutti» has a pale yellow color with jade-like highlights, evoking the purity and freshness of nature. On the nose, it offers a medium intensity with aromas of fresh white fruits, such as apple, accompanied by subtle floral notes that add depth and complexity. On the palate, it is well-balanced and harmonious, with a light structure and well-integrated tannins that provide a velvety feel. Its crisp acidity and lingering finish make it an easy-to-drink, highly enjoyable wine.
This wine is ideal for pairing with appetizers, seafood, white fish, and vegetarian dishes. It is recommended to serve it between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. With an alcohol content of 13% vol., Ribolla Gialla «Antonutti» offers excellent value for money, making it a great choice for enjoying meals with friends and family.
