Información sobre este vino:
Terre di Rai Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine from the Terre di Rai winery, a true vinicultural gem that embodies the essence of northeastern Italy. This wine is made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes, carefully selected from vineyards located in the delle Venezie region, specifically in the provinces of Treviso and Pordenone. Well-drained clay soils, combined with a ventilated and temperate climate, promote slow ripening and an intense aromatic expression in the grapes.
After manual harvesting and careful selection of the grapes, a gentle pressing and a brief cold maceration are carried out. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, thus preserving the varietal aromas and the wine’s freshness. Afterwards, the wine rests briefly on its fine lees before being bottled, giving it exceptional complexity and elegance.
In the glass, Terre di Rai Sauvignon Blanc shows a pale yellow color with greenish highlights, evoking the brightness of Italian fields. On the nose, it displays a medium aromatic intensity, with notes of tropical fruits such as pink grapefruit and pineapple, complemented by subtle herbaceous nuances of yellow bell pepper and tomato leaves, which add freshness and complexity. On the palate, it is balanced and harmonious, with a smooth, unctuous structure that is offset by a vibrant acidity, offering complex and intense varietal sensations and a persistently long finish.
This wine is ideal for pairing with seafood, pasta, aged cheeses, white fish, and marinated meats. It is recommended to serve it between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., Terre di Rai Sauvignon Blanc offers excellent value for money, making it a great choice for enjoying meals with friends and family.
