Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore «Campagnola» es un vino tinto de la bodega Cantina Campagnola, una joya vinícola que encarna la esencia de la región de Valpolicella, en Verona, Italia. Este vino se elabora con una meticulosa selección de las mejores uvas de las colinas más prestigiosas de Valpolicella, combinando las variedades Corvina Veronese y Corvinone Veronese en un 80%, y Rondinella en un 20%. Vinification follows the traditional «Ripasso technique». After fermentation and maceration of the fresh grapes in October, the wine is racked and matures in stainless-steel or cement tanks until January or February. It is then subjected to a second fermentation on the Amarone pomace of freshly pressed grapes, which gives it greater structure, color, and complexity. Aging takes place in 20–30 hectoliter Slavonian oak casks and in 225-liter French oak barrels for a total of 12 months, imparting exceptional elegance and depth to the wine.

In the glass, Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore «Campagnola» shows an intense ruby-red color with purplish reflections, a reflection of its youth and vitality. On the nose, it offers aromatic complexity with notes of ripe red fruits, spices that caress the palate, and a subtle floral note that adds depth and refinement.
