Información sobre este vino:

Venegazzù della Casa is a red wine Riserva from the historic winery Loredan Gasparini, located in the heart of the wine-growing region of Montello in northern Italy. This wine represents the utmost expression of Venegazzù terroir, an area recognized for its winemaking tradition and its ability to produce high-quality wines.

Crafted from a meticulous selection of grapes, Venegazzù della Casa combines the classic varieties of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Malbec. This blend, known as «Bordeaux blend,» gives the wine exceptional complexity and depth. After the harvest, the grapes are fermented and the wine matures for 36 months in large oak casks, providing a robust structure and subtle elegance.

In the glass, Venegazzù della Casa displays an intense ruby-red color with violet reflections, indicating its youth and vitality. On the nose, it offers aromatic complexity ranging from notes of ripe dark fruits, such as blackberry and plum, to spicy hints and touches of tobacco, which add depth and sophistication. On the palate, it is well balanced and harmonious, with tannins that are nicely integrated, creating a velvety feel. Its fresh acidity and long-lasting finish make it an enjoyable, easy-to-drink wine.

This wine is ideal to pair with red meats, such as grilled beef steaks, and pasta dishes with rich, spiced sauces. It is recommended to serve it between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius to fully appreciate its organoleptic qualities. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol., Venegazzù della Casa offers excellent value for money, making it a great choice for enjoying meals with friends and family.
